the funniest thing i saw is when i a xivalai in a citadel he fell on his stomach and u won't belive what i saw on the back of his shorts(whatever) it was blood but it looked like he craped his shorts(whatever) LOL it was so funny i even took a scrrenshot

Another wierd thing happened,actualy two whitch arm similar and both acured after getting released from jail or paying a fine for doing a crime
1 after i got released from prison in the IC, the second i got out a skeleton attacked me since i was "itemless" i thoght OMG I'M DEAD,but luckly the guards helped me
2 i payed a fine in skingrad i was on the brige i front of the castle guess who was with me THE KING OF MISKARKAND AND TWO ZOMBIE MINIONS i thoght thats not possible i finished that quest(without killing them) over 2 weeks(in game time)ago it turned out that they had been following me all this time but couldn't find me since i fast travel a lot so i pu6et 'em of the cliff and

you would have to be a fast runner because if you fast travel time still goes by and people move around so they cant have been far behind you you must have moved round a lot for them not to catch up to you

another wierd thing.... One day, i go on a cliff, i don't know why my horse Shadowmere fall down... after i fast travel, the horse didnt come back!!! I juz tought i have lost the horse. But after a month, i am doing a fighter's guild quest, the shadowmere suddenly catch up me... LOLz...

thats a physic bug, his body just turn into liquid like jelly and spread out all over the ground =.=

The weirdest/funniest moment I saw was when i went into this particular fighters guild (forgotten which one) and theres this dark elf woman hacking away with her long sword at the guild porter and i was like ''wtf?!'' I have screenshots although i dont know how to post it. I also ran across the whole of Cyrodiil with villagers from nearly every city, imperial legions and guards chasing me.

Toddled off to meet the Grey Fox in Cheydinhal for the next quest in the Guild (trying to be vauge for spoiler reasons) and seated myself on the bench next to him. He proceeded to outline the quest, which I accepted. I then moved the cursor away from him to stand up and leave the room, not realising I'd moved the cursor onto an item I didn't own. I wound up accidentally picking up the item and immediately thought "Crap". Then I remembered I was with the Gray Fox, he wouldn't mind much, surely. I mean, this was the Thieves Guild, and I was a Thief. No sooner do I think this than he leaps up, shouting "Thief! You won't get away with this!".

My respect for him wavered soon thereafter.

He did that because the house you were in belonged to a fellow thief. Ever read the book Honor Among Thieves? Thieves don't steal from fellow thieves.
