Strange house in Skingrad.

I don't know if any of you know this, but there is a house in Skingrad (just next to the manor in which you have to kill the party guests for the Dark Brotherhood) When I entered this house I found out that is was completely ransacked and filled with ghosts and skeletons. (it's 3 stories high)
I wonder has this anything do to with a side quest or something, 'cuz I find it rather strange.
Any help will be apprciated.

i read about the dark bro hood quest in the prima guide and they didnt say anything about another quest being there afterwards (they usually metion it if theres another quest there or something)

there was a movie on you tube. he was stealing stuff door to door he entered there and it was filled lie you said did you fing the owner? trie using the console to find its meaning. is it next to the summit manor?

Yes, yes it is, it's the house just left of it when you are facing the Summit manor.
And no I haven't seen the owner, nor his dead body...

Oh my. It is there. For me there was one Nether Lich, one Skeleton Here, and two Dread Zombies on the first floor. On the second there was a Skeleton champion and a gloom wraith. The place is totally ransacked!

I also looked through the NPC spawn list I have. The owner of the house does not show up! He is not in-game! My guess is that he is the Nether Lich. For a place like that crawling with undead, I think the people in skingrad should know about it!!!

I thought so too, but nobody has told me anything about it...No quest log either. My bet is that it's either an unfinished (perhaps forgotten) quest or that it's a side-quest you'll get from someone outside skingrad.
Though this seems pretty farfetched...
Anyone else have an idea what this may be?

I've seen this alot in the Xbox 360 version also.To this point in time I am still unsure that it has anything having to do with a quest? But it might be an expansion of some sort in the future, it could highly be that before they put the game out they forgot about it.

ive never been in there before. nor does the game guide have it in there. weird. Prima games didnt even find it.

Maybe someone should make a mod where the owner is cooped up in the basement (there currently is not one) and after you save him he could ask you to join some new guild.
