Shrine of Nocturnal in Oblivion *spoilers*

I've recieved the quest, but cant seem to find the shrine on my map... Can anyone tell me where it is???

Just find the shrine of Nocturnal. You need to be level ten or over.

it gives you a really good item: the skeleton key, which is an unbreakable lockpick (u can open locks without breaking lockpicks)

Skeleton key can be used over and over again or just once? And does it give you a bonus to Security, or what?

again and again, and it will never break, no security bonus, but u can just spam the 'auto attempt' button until it opens

Yup. You'll find the skeleton key very useful for some of the higher Thieves' Guild Quests.
