actually, i think it gives a 40 boost to your security skill, my security skill went from 43 to 83 after i did the quest. (from the key i think)

yeah when u hold it it gives u a boost and i made a mod that gives you a copy of the weyon priory next to the shrine but with an awsome inside thats how cool i am yup
