oblivion crash problem
 

Oblivion always seems to crash and the game just sends me back to the desktop everytime I play it (it usually happens like after 30 mins of playing) I have a fairly new computer (ATI Radeon 9800 Saphire XT, 140 gb a gig of ram)
has anyone else had this problem?
is there a patch out that has fixed this? or is there one coming?
thanks other then that (just bought the game today) Oblivion is an amazing game I was completely shocked but how nice it looks and how cool the quests and side quests are
