I read in the tweakguides site (since I read through that entire thing) that there is no memory leak. I'll look for the actual part where he talks about it, and post it on here later.

A Memory Leak in a computer program is a situation where the program will not release memory when it is not needed, thus eventually using up all the available memory allocation and causing slowdowns (due to excessive pagefile swapping for example), and crashes. In the meanwhile, save often and quit and restart Oblivion every 1 - 2 hours of play to prevent any problems.

I just found and killed Umbra with a level 3 caster. Figures that the time I find her is the time that I'm unable to use/carry her armor. I took her sword and her sheild, but kept my level 3 armor, because that's all I can carry...

Stupid Umbra... lol. I will say, that was a HARD fight, and I died twice (had to reload my quicksave right before the fight).

That's the thing... I don't remember. I didn't really think about checking where she was when I left, I was just happy I survived. I'm sure someone can tell you though. I know it's somewhere south of the Imperial City, because that's the general direction I was headed.
