It's funny. Eagles supposedly trounced their team, winning with a score of 27 to whatever. Steelers got totally owned and lost the game because they only had a score of 27.

Roethlisberger made rookie mistakes against a team that eats teams that make mistakes for breakfast. 14 and 0 shows you just how good the Steelers were, but Roethlisberger is still a rookie, you can't do anything about that. The timing sucks though - picture Big Ben a year or two from now, with the rest of these players from *this* year. Man would that be sweet. But a bunch of those vets are gonna retire between now and then...

The great thing about the Pats is they play team ball. No superstars that need to be pampered. They are all superstars and support each other with the end goal of winning games....how sweet it is!!
Dont forget to watch the PATS this Sunday dominate the wimpy Eagles!! Should be a good show!! Kind of like watching the people battle the lions in the Roman days....fresh meat for the Pats to chew on!
Indeed, the Eagles did much better than I anticipated. I thought they actually may be able to pull off a field goal there at the end, after forcing the Pats to punt, but it was like they were working in slow motion at the end. Anyway, it was a good game. Congrats again Pats, but remember, everybody is undefeated as of today!
