| Yes, mods do take a bit of getting used to. A few of them have a nice installation file that does everything for you, but most of them have to be manually set up. Often the developer will have included instructions for setting it up, but they are not always that clear and sometimes they are not correct. (I've done that myself, I know!) Ok, to set up a mod: 1. Extract (unzip) the files with whatever program you have (WinZip, IZark, whatever) 2. If it gives you the option as where the files extract to, go ahead and put them on your desktop unless the readme clearly specifies the location. 3. Once extracted, look at the files you have: a. normally you have a file named "**********.module" and a corresponding folder bearing the same name (minus the .module extension of course) b. sometimes there is a containing folder that the module and other folder is inside c. rarely, but sometimes, you might have just the folder and the .module file is inside it or nowhere to be found! To work, the file must not be inside the folder. d. It is possible that the module file and the folder are named a bit differently, and that isn't a serious problem. 4. No matter how they came, move the .module file and the folder into the main THQ\Dawn of War - Dark Crusade folder. The both should be visible when you are looking at the contents of that folder (although the don't set side by side in the list since folders come first) 5. Now you should be able to load up your game and find them in your game manager. It doesn't work to have the game running and move these files around, you have to restart the game (thankfully not the computer!) I hope that makes some sense for you, and let me know if you have any other issues.

| Also make sure that your Dow C is up to date. As the earlier one had a broken mod manager. |
