Few questions About modding

Yes, yes, call me a noob or whatever, but im still learning.
a few questions that i'd like answered:

1: Adding units to a squad, like having, oh lets just say 20 space marines in a squad instead of the regular ten. how would i go about doing this, i did it one time but it was a mistake.

2: making a limit of more than just one building i.e. Space marine orbital relay ( 2 for 2 on space marines )

3: simple, increasing health of units, could not find this anywheres, and its probably right in front of me right?

I think thats it, a bit tired right now to think. if one pops into my head, i'll be sure to post it.

Health is inside the lua's as well. The same as armor types.
