Hello all, I have come to ask how you edit squad sizes and set reinforcements, also how to make squads increase their reinforcements every tier they reach? (Squad Scaling.)
[1]I'd like to know what program(s) to use and what files or whatever I need to locate to change it. I have DC mod tools 1.2...
E.G: Guardsmen 5-10, I wanna' to change to 5-20, but I also need help on squad scaling too! Cause otherwise its unbalanced.
[2]And I wouldn't mind knowing how many weapons the squad can carry I.E: 2 heavy weapons per SM Tactical squad.
Any of this would be usefull, yes I'm making a mod, and yes I probably could of found this imformation elsewhere, but thought it 'might' be easier.
And I find most other threads not very usefull.
IF you really like me and want to make it possibly easier for me; my X-fire is "sunjian4"... Yeah I know Dynasty Warriors.
For 1 st one . Use attribute editor in DC mod tools. It takes lot of time to open the Attribute Editor, you must wait. than in Attribute editor chose squad_blueprint. In that part there are the races to edit. and than click '' Save Binary ''. I hope I helped
Ex: Click squad_bluprint/squad/chaos_squad/chaos_marine_squad. in there in the right window, chose trooper_base. in torroper_base you can change the unit max. or unit min. of the squads
Thanks again Tolga, you're a very handy person!
So say if you chose chaos_cultist.lua what how do you know what min and max will turn out to be can you give an example there?
Also you know when Imperial Guard reserach Battle Command in the HQ and after it is complete they may have +3 to their Guardsmen squads how do you change that smart guy?
