| Yeah Corsix's mod tools are waay easier (sets the files up for you ). If you have DC and you want to mod that and you have Corsix's tools then go here:http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=119918 I'm in the process of learning but the main computer is being a piece of crap. |

| Well, I kind of got the Feel for it early on, thou going on to edit weapons and such is confusing at the point when you first get it. its better to first do things like mess with cap and unit formations.

| yea, corsix's modding tools are really easy to use, but i couldnt figure out how to change units' melee and ranged damage :[ i want ubergodly SM and crap IG/orks that are pumped out in the blink of an eye! (i can already change reinforce and production times and squad #) |

| Oh, Thats a simply one. Go into the Weapons folder. Find the weapon you want to change, go to Area_effect_ext into armour_damage and change the min and the max to what you want.

| the only problem i'm having is getting them to work in game i set the chaos temple build cost to 50 just to see if it worked i saved it then run the game it said that the mod was on through the game manager but it took no effect
