Attribute Editor

I was changing some things in the Attribute Editor ( Making squads bigger, more upgrades, changing where things spawn from, etc.) and I clicked Save Binary. When I went to play the game none of the changes took effect.:(
Can somebody help me?

Changing attributes and stats in DC

Okay, long story short: the way the tau are set up in DC is all wrong. I would like to learn how to change attributes, squad sizes, weapon ranges, sight ranges, unit costs ect. (but not actually add any new units or change graphics) Unfortunetly, I have no modding skills. I understand that relic has not yet released modding tools for DC, so making the changes I want may not be possible, yet. However, it isn't too early to start learning. So, I would really be grateful if someone could give me some advice on how to make these simple changes.

Re: Changing attributes and stats in DC

In response to Kendall2000: The tau may be balanced. The problem I have is that they cannot be played in a way that matches their style in the original table top game (at least not in the way I want to do it) and I find that exceptionally irritating.

In response to TheClone: I tried to go to dowwiki.org and found that either the server was down or the page no longer exists. After a bit of investigation I found that the domain name was rumored to have been sold. I also tried to find some info on relics forums, to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Sorry I am not sure how to do this so I am of no help. But yeah if you do happen to tweak em to TT can you share it?

I don't know....

I mean I find myself constantly on the defensive with Tau. Then again it is a new race for me so I need to learn them. They just need a little tweaking like perhaps a bigger squad cap for fire warriors. I play against them I slaughter them like nothing and really don't provide a challenge.
