d3 memory problem (i think)

Ummm i got doom3 the other day and i had my setting at 2.2Ghz and a 64MB GTS 2 card and it worked on a lowest settings so i ordered a 9800Pro and it xocmming tommrow.

today i decided to up my speed so i uped it to 2.5Ghz and now when i goto doom it just freezez in like 30 sec and it gives me this error:

im not sure if its the ram or what?? i uswe to have it at 410Mhz and now its at 360Mhz i think i might have to go back to my other settings when doom worked i didnt get new hardware and doom3 not to fucking plat it (help me out)

the guy who designed the game said in an interview that overclocked systems might experience some problems, even if they had been rock solid before, due to the new code in doom 3.
