hi, new to the forum, wondering if you could help me.

i have made my own mod, not planning on releasing it, but you never know

anyway, i would like to add a pda entrie to say welcome to my mod, web address blah blah blah, is there a way to do this?

im pretty sure there is as i have seen one, but i have no idea how it is done
