ya it should be a sticky bah if someone is that cheap to have to steal someones key must be poor... useless 30+years old and lives with there mon+dad and no job.. or.. some little kid whos mom or dad wont buy it for them so they downloaded it :fistpunch: :0wned:

:) Yeah.. i wouldn't download any co-op|ish mod until after the SDK is released and a "real" co-op comes out :)

Yeah, the very small Co-op mod (1.69 Kb ??) is a cd-key stealer.

Ahhhh I downloaded the CO-OP mod wanting to sometime play with my GF in single player because we just bought the game. I unzipped the 32kb file called pak005.pk4 into my base directory, but I did not try to load the mod or anything, nor did I connect to any servers. (I'm a noob to mods and stuff) Is there anything I can do? I already deleted the pak file as well as the zip file. I downloaded it from gamershell,com along with the 32-player server patch thing. But I did not run either of them and I deleted both of them.

yea i downloaded it too.... but i havent ran it or anything.. wouldnt u have to play online to have it steal ur key? my internet is always off when i play doom, for performance reasons
