Chris Vrenna wrote it, and rumor has it Maynard was somehow involved with the *very light* vocals.

I can hear the similarities, but then Chris Vrenna/NIN and Tool aren't too far apart. It wouldn't surprise me if he was inspired by Tool material.

Well, just get another music file and put it inside the .pk4 replacing the title song, then...problem solved.

THIS is 'nuff said, god dammit. Didn't like the song? Edit the crappin' .pk4 and change the music file. PROBLEM SOLVED!

Too easy. We need to petition id to change the music, edit the programming for future copies to include the new song, and issue a patch to change it on current ones! No wait. That's a bad idea.

Yeah, just change the song if it really bugs you that much. I don't notice it cause I really try not spending that much time staring at the main menu when there is actually a game that is included with said menu.

Actually it's quite complicated. You have to edit the .pk4, delete the original song, and replace it with another music, with the same filename and the same .ogg extension. In other words, you have to convert it to .ogg if it's another format and whatever else.
