Good grief! This thread certainly started and grew in a hurr (I'm not at all surprised! :lol: ). Well first off, I must say, it is great, almost a miracle to hear that DOOM 3 HAS FINALLY GONE GOLD!! But before I continue, a couple of notices:

I'm sure that many of you (with the exclution of those who have the game pre-ordered from Gamespot) will be camped outside of stores on the night before Doom 3 is to hit the retail shelves, and I bid you good luck in aquiring a copy. I too may well be doing the same in front of Best Buy, because there is no saying how much of a rush there will be (depending on the area) to obtain one of the first hard copies. But of course, we may all rest easy now...I know that virtually everyone on here is exceptionally impatient and shaking with anticipation (hello Skrewb lol), 'tis perfectly understandable. I suppose that either they intend to keep it without such displayed information until the game actually arrives, or they have not yet updated the site.
Okay, from what I've read, it says the UK will get it a day after the US, and everywhere else on August 13. Look at it this way. In a month, we'll all be playing Doom 3. Until then
