Tutorial Request

The arrows on the keyboard between the main keyboard and the numpad.

I need a tut or help with scan lines.

Basic scan lines
make a new image 2 x 2, transparent background
select the top half
fill with black
select all (CTRL+A)
EDIT>DEFINE PATTERN
That's it.
To use it, make a new layer and fill with your pattern.

I used 2 layers. One was a lens flare extruded, but I don't remember the settings. It just looks like a sea urchin. Then, I duplicated the layer, used radial blur set to spin and blended the layers. Then, I just colorized it.

Oh. That's a grid, not scan lines.
Same thing.
Make new image 5 x 5, transparent.
CTRL+A
Stroke black 1 pixel.
Move the selection 1 pixel to the right and 1 pixel up.
Backspace. YOu end up with an "L" shape.
Define pattern.
Voila!
The numbers are easy.
Create a text layer with the numbers and the underscore.
Rasterize it.
Duplicate it.
Erase the underscore in one of the layers.
Animate it.

I read TheSaints tutorial and got to making my own pattern and i made a gate
I made this by making a 5X5 pixel document
Then i made two squares, one in the bottom right corner one diogonaly above it (same size) and then just one square diogonaly above that (just one pencil tap on one square)
Then i switched to paint bucket and walla! Gate pattern!

Mr.Cool, try that red pattern for your sig, you know, just a suggestion. Anyway, thank's again, And I will surely be back.

Ya you can make glowing text like this
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
First type the text in make that your seconed layer so you can put a backround in if you want.
Now make it glowing by going to layer>layer styles> outer glow
Or you could just go the layer window way (much easier)

Now you should get a screen like this
Make the spread 35, and the size 6, Now hit OK and now u have the glow
Now make it more realistic by adding drop shadow
(Higlighted part but i dont need to tell you)
Click on that and you will get a menu that looks like this

make the distance 27 the spread 47, and the size 2 Now press ok and u have ur realistic glow.
Now duplicate the layer and erase the outer glow and the drop shadow, move it into image ready tween it like you would with fading text and, Walla shining text!
(you might want to add another duplicated layer at the bottom to make it look authantic)
