Grevious wasnt that hard to kill,and In my opinion it was Darth Vader he critically injured not killed.Anakin on the other hand killed a whole tribe of Tusken Raiders on his own,Count Dooku who was one of the most powerful jedi when he was one and Anakin was also the best pilot of his time!And lets not forget he was the chosen one!

well....theres quite a few
and judging most became dark jedi(and very few organised as sith)
it's very difficult to say
well 'jedi all the way'
it's not Yoda,he is bloody good but he is more wise than 'powerful'and his age does put him down
Obi-wan? well he did kick ass but had some flaws,like his almost loss to Jango Fett etc
Mace windu?how did we know sideous didn't plan him to almost win?either way he is the most powerful of those times...well in lightsaber anyway

personally over all of star wars and out of the jedi's I know it's probably....Kavar(I know im always reffering to KOTOR people but they kick ass)he had mental lightsaber and force capabilities

Ah, but people seem to forget that Obi-Wan was disadvantaged against Jango Fett...... it wasn't a 1Vs1 engagement like Widu had, but it was Obi-Wan Vs Jango and Boba.
Jango was able to utilise more of his "toys", whilst Boba fired a bloody big pair of guns at Obi-Wan from SlaveI

Windu on the other hand, faced a Jango who had only one gun, no Jetpatck or even the rocket on the Jetpack, and in a more confined area of engagement.

To be honest, I'm going with...... Luke.
-Redeemed his father.
-Resisted the full lure of the Dark Side on many an occaision.
-Was certainly a skilled Lightsaber weilder, becoming far better than when he fought Vader for the last time.
-Survived Exar Kun.
-Rebuilt the Jedi Order.
-Learned from the mistakes previous incarnations of the Jedi Order had made.
-Survived combat against stronger opponents (Force Users)
-One hundred and thirty years after the Battle of Yavin he was even able to communicate with his descendant Cade Skywalker through the Force as a Force Ghost. (Since this has become something that requires "special training", it becomes worth mentioning since there was nobody to teach him.)

And let's not forget, Luke had no formal Jedi/lightsaber training, aside from some time with Yoda. Luke learned most of that stuff on his own.

The main problem is that every strongest jedi or force user always comes down to luke,sidious and vader usually
Luke could be....but then again he couldn't
I do like your thing on the jango bit
But yes it was Luke or perhaps mace/obi
and the last part
it doesn't say that obi-wan didn't tech him,or even Yoda and perhaps Anakin as a force ghost or some how just passed it down
and the time it took perhpas he worked it out lol i doubt that

What about Revan? Or Exar Kun? Nomi Sunrider? Masters Arca and Thon? Marka Ragnos? Or Vodo-Siosk Baas? Master Odan-Urr? Darth Bane? Lord Kaan? Ki-Adi-Mundi? They were very powerful Jedi/Sith/Dark Jedi.

It doesn't always come down to Luke and Vader and Sidious.

Exar Kun - Turned to the Dark Side, and stayed there, eliminates him from the Jedi part of this "equation".

Nomi Sunrider - Became a Jedi more by accident than design, and was always more reluctant to have become a Jedi.
Neglected her daughter's own training at the expense of her position.

Thon - Disadvantaged by being a beast on all fours, could not wield a Lightsaber, relied more on using the Force to influence the will and state of mind of others which made him more proficient with Battle Meditation.

Ragnos, Bane, Kaan - All Sith, not Jedi.

Ki-Adi-Mundi - Another Jedi who "went out like a bitch" (Damn you Lucas, DAMN YOU!)

Odan Urr - Killed by Exar Kun.


All those listed who were Sith really should be in the "Most Powerful Sith" thread.
