Didn't think this thread would go the distnace, but here we are on page 6. Obviously many of us are strongly opinionated in one direction or the other.

Hmmmm.. You all know my position, so I'll spare yout the details or repating myself...again.

I think to really analyze this question, one must put theirselves into each character's robes and become them, mentally, and then put them in the other character's time period.

What would Darth Traya do if confronted by Mace Windu and 3 Jedi Knights attempting to arrest her?

What would Sidious tell the Exile about his opinion and experience with Revan?

How would Sidious direct the Exile to act to take out the Jedi Council and/or the Sith Triumverate?

Would Darth Sidious spend the time in planning out the destruction of the Jedi Order the way that Kreia had?

Would Darth Traya confront Yoda and the Council and point out their narrow-mindedness?

How could Traya apply her manipulations to the time of Darth Sidious?

How would Darth Sidious influence or effect the outcomes of the Mandalorian and Jedi Civil Wars?

"Would Traya and Sidious battle it out for supremacy and who would win?" I think this question is what we have all been thinking about and trying to answer.

But I think the answers are much, much deeper and complex than that.

I think we're kind of underestimating Kreia's abilities. She did, after all, kill the three Jedi masters, controlled Sion's will, and was cunning enough to get Nihilus killed. I almost think she lost to the Exile on purpose. hehe.

Sidious killed three at once too.

No, he didn't. He only killed 2 of the three Jedi masters and was defeated by Mace. Traya killed all 3 in less than a second.

Palpatine killed Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, and Saesee Tiin then struggled with Windu. I'd like to see Kreia even try to dual Windu.

As I have said before, maybe he intentionally let his guard down when he sensed Anakin coming, allowing him to pry more thorougly into Anakin' emotions? Think about it, in III, when Palpatine was cornered at the edge of the window trying desperately to kill Windu, Anakin chooses whether to kill Palpatine or Windu. He chooses Windu. Notice how Palpatine springs up triumphately despite the fact he was looking pathetic and weak before? This leads me to believe that was just holding back. He's got other bodies.

Why are we judging by this scale, anyhow?

The point is that we're still underestimating Kreia's abilities. I'm pretty damn sure that if she were put in Palps position, things wouldn't be much different.
