My knowledge of Revan is limited to say the least, but I think Revan would loose if Vader didn't have his mechanical body parts. He was foretold to be the greatest wielder of the Force for a reason.

what I know is that those that came before Vader had a lot of physcial ability and that was how they showed their prowess...but Vader grew up around that. He had to adapt to it being in the suit. This is just about power....Vader had the power to destroy every body...but he was used and restricted...The emperor subjugated him and he believed he couldn't truely defy him yet he also knew that it was fortold that he was the most powerful one.

Exactly, without the Emperor manipulating him he would be a much stronger opponent. I seriously doubt even Revan would be able to stop him.

Vader would ultimately slaughter Darth Revan. Darth Vader is the chosen one and has been able to kill almost any jedi or force user he's come across. Vader would make Revan look like a just beginning padawan.

Yeah, I only wish Force Unleashed would come out for PC. Maybe they'll pull another Halo 2 and release it for PC in a few years.
