HEE HEE.... i already have 50 bucks in my wallet... and im gunna go get it the day its out... no waiting for the price to drop lol. baneblade looked awesome tearing up that chaos... it wasnt really a base... anyway, its gunna be AWESOME!!!!!! Eldar are finally gunna be able to defend themselves against vehicles, space marines, um, has another boss dude who does, not much i guess, chaos are gunna, um, have another melee squad, not that they need it, they already have possesed dudes, and the orks, im gunna be scared of them lol. despite all the uneeded units, THANK YOU RELIC FOR MAKING A GAME THAT I HAVE BEEN INTERESTED IN PLAYING EVEN WITHOUT MODS, even though ur latest patch wasnt the greatest *coughs* its still an excellent game, again even though every time u release a patch, something else goes wrong (so what if its kindof a glitchy game, it still rules.) I think i have typed enough now... night every1 ALL PRAISE DoW!!!:bows: :bows: :bows: P.S. If ANYONE says anything other than they are going to get the expansion, I will try to think of something i can say to maybe hurt ur feelings!!... whatever. |

Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? yea, a lot more races would kick @$$, but if they added a couple more chaos vehicles, a new eldar boss, one of those space marines on bikes, and a new ork troop then it would rule. |

Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? Gamespy is really a pain. I want to see how the new moral system works, and see how the new IG units play out, as well as the new units from each side. I'd like to see larger maps too, and smoother gameplay, and maybe up the caps a bit. |

The one from DoW made me interested in the WH40K universe, let's see what two more can do :D Also I hope the Imperial Guard will be fun to play, if they don't balance and tweak it right, playing this side could be frustrating. Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? This is probably the best strategy I've played since RA2, so yes I'm looking forward to the expansion. Although I stopped playing DoW a bit back, it is still one of my fave games and the expansion is on my to buy list. |

Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? Yea, I think DOW didn't get the proper attention it deserved, but at the same time, that's good. We don't get WC 3 style noobs and flamming. I hope that they can fix some of the sides with the new units and give some significance the least played sides, and maybe improve the AI. I hope they add alot, and not have an expansion that doesn't add too much. |

There is one thing that I was hoping for though and that was for the new race to be like Tyranids or Necrons. IG (Imperial Guard) will still be cool though and maybe they will add another race in another expansion. I will be buying Winter Assault when I can get my hands on it. |

I just hope I can go online with DoW by then (it says it cannot connect to online for DoW and I have all the ports forwarded so... *sigh*) Earth 2160 is going to be an awesome game too... maybe even better than DoW, :( can't believe I just said that, but it may be true. I mean, it looks like someone took Doom3 and made it an RTS. It has some serious normal mapping going on. Totally customizable vehicles, give them different armor, weapons systems, engines, etc... for EACH vehicle, building, and infantry! |

Yea, Earth 2160 looks very promising. I had one of the older versions of the earth saga, I can't remember which one though. But it was the game that got me into RTS's. (It let you customize them too. I got some strange looking vehicles at times) Anyways, I'd like to see how they did on the units for the Imperial Guard and how they'll pair up to the other armies. |

I ordered my copy in June and have been chewing the corner of my desk since then - am now down to a matter of mere days before it drops heavily on my hallway mat, ready for me booking a week off work and banishing the wife and son to anywhere but my room. Looking forward to steamrolling some pussies with those Ogryn, as well as mixing it up with the Bererkers and some BIG Orks. Looks sweet overall - especially liked the Sentinels. Looked like there were some extra tactics available according to the E3 trailer- Tunnels that circumvent hardpoints with turrets and those maps with bottlenecks and restricted pathways will now become more playable. |

Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? Yea. Hopefully, they'll add some new features and such to the engine, maybe so modding can be a lot easier. It sucked that every mod would be broken when a new patch came out. |

Re: Are You Looking forward too the Expansion? I'd like to get it the day it comes out, but I'm not sure if I can do so, since I have school that day. I'd think that old maps would work, since there isn't too big to the map functions. The map editor will be redone from what I've read, the biggest being the addition of triggers (Like Warcraft). That should make campaign creations and special events work a lot better. |
