| Ahh, before downloading it all over again you should know that FoK is not compatible with the tutorial or the DC campaign, as I understand it. There are too many changes involved for those to work. Every time you try to play a new mod it will ask you if you want to do the tutorial, but actually it is the same old one for DC, not a new one teaching you how to use FoK or whatever you have. So I suggest you try out an ordainary skirmish map to see how it works, perhaps your installation is just fine.

| It was the: ultmappac.rar that i tried to download. http://www.filefront.com/3912551/ultmappac.rar I saved the file 3 times but was unable to run the program. It said that either the file was unsupported or damaged. |

| I just downloaded it and the file is just fine. You need a program that is able to unpack the rar file, here is a free one: http://www.izarc.org/download/IZArc4b1.exe Install Izark (or another rar reader if you like) then try opening the file again and it should work for you.

| Ok, I installed IZArc and I was allowed to download the map mod. However, I'm wondering why there aren't any new maps to choose from! What happened? After all, the downloader was in French... |

| Never to be dismayed, you can still do it the old fashioned way. Extract all the files into some place like your Desktop (not the default location). Then, go into the "W40K" folder and you will see a "data" folder. Right click it and choose "cut" (or just press <ctrl> x) and then go to your Dark Crusade folder and enter the "DXP2" folder. There, paste the "data" folder and it should warn you that doing so may over write any existing files of the same name. That's not a problem, since the maps have unique names for them. It will put everything in the proper place, and they should all show up the next time you load up Dark Crusade.

| I forgot to check for your reply sooner, as I successfully installed the map mod. The problem was that I was trying to play the maps in Dark Crusade, not knowing that they are "Dawn of War only". Just a quick question now...I remember when at any given time, the Dark Crusade lobby would have 200+ players; now there are only 20-60 on at a time. About how many are there in the Soulstorm lobby? |

| I was seeing between 80 and 120, but to be honest it has been a while since I've been online with Soulstorm. Most of my gaming lately has been via LAN or over Hamachi. I guess you may have figured it out, but you can move the maps quite easily from Dawn of War to Dark Crusade, or have them in both, so you get to play with more races and units.
