Stuck in Software mode! OpenGL & Direct3D not working
I noticed recently that when I played Condition Zero, it had switched to left handed mode. I went to the options menu and switched it to right handed mode but it stayed in left handed mode.
I did some research on the internet and found that in "Software Rendering Mode" you can only use your left hand.
I went to the options menu and switched it to OpenGl rendering and got the error message "The specified video mode is not supported. The game will run in software mode."
I have had the game for about 3 months and I have ALWAYS RUN IT IN OPENGL mode. It just recently switched to software mode after I had to reinstall my video driver. I now have the same video driver that I had when the game was working properly but it will still not run in OpenGL or Direct3D mode!!!!
I know for a fact that my video card DOES SUPPORT OpenGL and Direct3D modes because I have used them before. My video card is an ATI Mobility Radeon 9700.
I have tried every driver I could find including, the original driver that came with my laptop, the newest driver, omega driver, a driver from windowsupdate, and a generic driver. None of them have worked.
Someone please tell me how to get Condition Zero to run in OpenGL or Direct3D modes!!!!
