Mouse problem

So I just started playing Warhead again and I encountered an unfortunate problem, when I start up the game and go into the menu, my mouse can only navigate a small area of the menu. I.e. there's an invisible wall cutting off all the options in the menu and I was wondering how I could bypass this? I've been getting it for a while now but it's only been sometimes, not every time I start up, so I didn't bother asking for help. This is very frustrating because no more than 2 hours ago I was playing and now I can't do anything.

Please help if possible.

If I remember correctly that was fixed in this patch, unless of course you have it installed already.

I believe I have downloaded that patch straight after the question. I still have the problem though.

EDIT: Never mind, I downloaded the original, not the hotfix. I just got the hotfix so I'll install and if I get the problem again within about a weeks time I'll bring it here, thanks!
