This is just plain wrong...

I was going to upload more, but sadly i'll need to compress them to get them below 2.0MB(They're around 5-10 MB thanks to .png and the graphical level). I'll post them later!

i know and i am the only that is doing it almost but we have this also in the star trek legacy thread, the bridge commander thread etc. These are just screenshots you can post they dont need to be the best.

yeah dude i know it but for now crysis has beeter graphics with CCC ( ultra custom config) also there was a CCC for warhead but not %100 completed... But when i finished , warhead will show it's graphic power ;)

gamer settings, 1680x1050, everything maxed.

you have enthusiast as well, but imo its actually the same and at gamer setting, you win 30% performance.

crysis warhead settings are the following: mainstream (high) gamer (very high) enthousiast (ultra, actually to run it, its for next gen pc), and you can play at dx9 and dx10. Me i play it at dx9 because the difference between dx9 and dx10 is actually nothing, you gain fps only in dx9. that's it.

Depends on the card you use. Someone ran a few tests, and apparently running DX9 on a DX10 enabled card will give less FPS, than running DX10 on a DX10 enabled card.

Noticed the framerate in last 2 screenies ? :rofl: Soon i'll compose SP screenies.

BTW : i started playing this beast on Hard, yet Delta is like overkill for me. What difficulty r u playing the game ? Easy & Normal (medium ?) r not for me either. Sorry for OT.

This is, supposedly, continuation of my prev post, MAJOR SORRY FOR DOUBLE POST. People, please post. I seriously don't want to be claimed another double-poster in this thread coz i like it very much. Besides, i currently run a rig that is powerfull enough to chew this game in few key areas/play this game on DX10/VeryHigh. :)

SP screenies, as promised (notice the 1st screenie - even on SLIed setup like mine u get below 30fps rate. 2nd screenie - smoke in the sky with something that supposed to burn there ?/bug ?/for lulz) :

Sorry for the bump, but this is in relation to the smoke in the sky. You've probably used the sandbox editor, right? It seems to be an afereffect of the edited level.

Wassup dude ?

No i didn't used sandbox yet, whatsoever. Might/might not be the cause, but i think that's partly fault of patch(s) : it runs on 1.2.1 hotfix & i think that's something that was not fixed by 1.2, since 1.2.1 is net game hotfix. :)

Back to your question : yes it is & it is possible with setup i got.

My setup :

Phenom 9950BE;
2x2GB OCZ HPC;
2xGTX 280 ZoTac;
Corsair HX1000W;
SyncMaster T240;
Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP1;
WD VelociRaptor 300GB;
Tt's Armor+, etc.......

Gave the setup coz thought u'll ask. :) The only "downside" is that i don't have res of my monitor in this game, so the max i choose is 1680x1050 (there's also 17..x14.., but i don't know will it look awkward or not so - 1680x1050 is my fav) Enjoy watching the game screenies in HD. :) :rock:

Both actually : 4xaa & 8xaf. Set to VeryHigh & also same thing in NV control panel. I bet it's causing the images to look the way they r, but i don't want to change it coz when within the game it looks way worse for me. :( Unless u asked not to take screenies with any of those 2.

Don't change it in the NV panel, it stressses the game too much and crysis uses a different aa and af. So just leave it " application controlled" and put everything in the game on.

I knew it !!!! Then again, this setup of mine need to be stressed to impress me. :) Thanx nevertheless - af i'll leave as it is, i.e. in NVControlPanel & aa in it too, "app controled" coz actually aa+HDR draining the sources the most. And as u & other benchie sites say, the game uses it's own aa algorithms, now that i recall.

BTW : the Forceware Release 180.48 suppose to fix this issue, or those it ? Also SLI/NV Physics is enabled, so SLI AA should do good, don't u think ? Or is this whole SLI stuff is gimmick ?

Only way I can get decent FPS on Crysis is on medium settings.

I guess I should've saved my cash for a bit longer.

mmh, your pc looks fine to me. Maybe you can overclock your cpu a little bit.

If i have approval, i will post this map on crysisfiles. For the rest, please enjoy and dream of it.

Very nice pictures. Small tip, if you resize them to a smaller size (like 1000x800 for example), your pic will look better and it will look like a full aa has been used.
