Cutscenes look great, i must say, your using aa but not af if i'm not mistaken. At some pics you can see it clearly. I think if you put aa at 2x or 4x and af at 4x, your gpu will not suffer that much. and it will looks way better.

^4x aa & 8x af in game, 8x af/aa "App controlled" in NVcpl. (NVidia Control panel) Guess i should turn off aa in game too, coz i see in some moments that the PC struggles for it's life. :lol: Barely though, more all-around slaughter goes around & more than ever i manage to place few consecutive shotgun shots in opposition, or snipe the enemy from afar. As for cutscenes - i should probably make screenies of those too, after what you said about those. They do look impressive, right ? I know, they impressed me too. :) Hope too see yours too, someday.

If the tips for making potds you talking about are aa & af then here's something from a start : i tried to do as you suggested here in one of your prev posts. Checked the Crysis Tweak Guide, tried to create .cfg file within the game's folder, you name it. So i stick with VeryHigh preset within game & tried to take screenies with as much less aliasing as possible & that they will still look impressive.Something bad happens here mate, i receive the "Done, but with errors on page" warning. I can't post pics !!!! :lol: Bad traffic times here, dude ? I can't post the pics in the alien spaceship. Hope to see your reply soon. Take care & good to see you after long while. :rock:

yeah aa & af. AF will have a great effect if you take pics of the ground, just wanted to mention, if you wanna check some info about the game like how much fps; just precies the button above tabs, and type r_displayinfo=1

to remove the hud like i do in the pics, type cl_hud=1
to remove everything back or undo better said: type 0.

Great looking mod, probly install it once get my hands, dirty or not, on new PC hardware later this year. Here's a small glimpse of what you can expect me to change : Phenom 9950 -> Phenom II X4 945/FX-80, 2x2GB DDR II 1066MHz -> DDR III 1333MHz, 2xGTX 280 -> 2xGTX 3xx ?, etc..... Later this year though, plus waiting for Windows 7 (Q4 2009, i beleive). What happens on GF, seriously ? Traffic overload ? That one is a major bummer. Can't post pics right now, you say ? Maybe tomorrow. No matter, can wait. :) Plus i'll try to type the commands you gave, not that i don't know some of them though, r_displayInfo=1 specifically. Saw that on TweakGuides 1st time. Having hard time to create system.cfg file in Crysis's folder. I'll do it this week, don't worry. Plus just like i said - i'll purchase the WARHEAD. Rad that you are moved to vBulletin 3.8.1, plus now i see that welcome page is completely lacks usual stuff like my avatar & section about Donutz. :) Also there's some notice about "new" Welcome panel look. :lol: Rad that notice. I tell you.... :) I tried, i seriously did. With slash/backslash/without slash/plain command, checked the Tweak Guide (already mentioned that site to you few times, didn't i ? :lol:), saw what to do in order to make this command to work - nothing. NOTHING !!!!!!! I gave up. If you forget about it mate, i'll post few more with HUD & then switch to WARHEAD to post pics without HUD at all. Plus i have a bunch of cutscenes that look impressive, to say the least.

Just to understand : why is this HUD/no HUD issue is so important, mate ? Guess i missed the 1st part of this thread in 1st place. :( Please don't blame me.

no problem, but it gives the picture a better look and without the hud you can look at the gfx, the hud takes it all away the beauty!

I know. :( Than again - not so much for me. Plus i still look on the pic & see all the neat DX10 stuff - radial blur, DOF, wet surfaces, parallax mapping, etc...... HUD doesn't take all the eye-candy for me, just a bit. Don't sweat - i'll try to combine cutscenes with regular pics (HUD & s***) & then make a second run of pics from within the game without HUD. Got all autosaves with me. :lol: Plus purchasing the WARHEAD & also dl'ing this mod you gave. Take care, mate.

From my expirience - simple : F12. Then again if you talking about where to find/where the screenshots stored : Documents\My Games\Crysis\Screenshots.

And i've just created such file, amen !!!! :lol: Though not autoexec, but rather System.cfg. Search why system.cfg in tweakguides.com. Time for last round & then i'm going to use the commands you told me to use. (I couldn't make new file simply cause i didn't gave myself Full control permissions on that folder but after i did i got not just an option to make new folder but a s***load of other stuff. :rofl:)

Created following .cfg files & entered those commands in them : Autoexec.cfg & System.cfg. Also entered those commands in Diff_hard & Game.cfg files in Crysis directory. Quite a bunch of files to create & to modify & you said to create a measly Autoexec.cfg file. Shame on you, mate. Just kidding. :)

Here are the 1st couple of screenies with no HUD (a f***ing turttle :lol:. Don't worry - i didn't & i won't kill this animal, promise) :
