| Yah, thats right, and it is ONLY JUST playable, Im not gonna say its perfect, but its playable to me, at the same Frame Rate as new age movies, 25FPS. Its no customizations, no hacks, no cheats, and playable, and its on a fairly average gaming system... EX38 - DS4 2GB Kingston Dual Channel 800MHz E8400 6MB L2 3.0GHz @ 1333FSB XpertVision 8800GT PCIe 2.0 512MB *Running in PCIe 2.0* Now the GPU running in PCIe 2.0 is more then likely the difference here, as to why its running how it is. Averaging 21FPS on Very High DX10...Makes me wonder, why can't the 9800GTX run Crysis on a better frame rate all Very High, a benchtest I saw had the 9800GTX on 16fps, putting the 9800GX2 on 32FPS, which to me, should be even higher again... With the system I have, which is finally some sort of decent gaming system, makes me wonder why people complain its demanding game, when thousands of others have A LOT better gaming system then me, and say they can't run it on DX10 Very High... Now, My only evidence is Crysis itself, and a screenshot, as most would know, The r_DisplayInfo 1 command will display DEFAULT graphic's settings as VeryHighSpec, HighSpec, MediumSpec, LowSpec and of course the frame rate is displayed, now if any of the graphical settings are changed, the ###Spec goes to Custom DX10/9, So I trust you will pick this up in the screenshot attached. I don't have AA on, which mind you, only took the frame rate down to around 17fps for 4* AA, however, It is fullscreen @ 1280*1024. The screenshot below proves it... I also attached a screenshot of DXDiag for proof I don't have an "Uber Uber System" So does anyone actually run the game on a similar system to mine, Very High or close to? I say close to, because I know that many many many people wouldn't play @ 21FPS so would sacrafice some graphics for the extra frame rate. I am the opposite, rather sacrifice FPS for Graphics, Graphics are important to me

| Yeah, I would suspect it'd play on Very High, but not w/ very good performance. Screen looks awesome, lucky you. How good do you think FPS would be if you SLI'ed? |

| i have a 6800gt and i played with everything on high but shaders.. i know the shaders are pretty much everything, but still for a 6800 it doesnt look bad and it doesnt run bad at all.. and if people complain about their game not looking well on their 7800 or higher.. they need to learn how to get the most use out of their computer..

| Awww I forgot that!!! 30-32 FPS with 16x AA, 33-37 8x AA ( these are for dx 10 ) but when I install the patches I think the FPS scores will be better then that. everyone !!!!!! Try these new beta drivers, they are really effective on Crysis !!!!!!

| ^Ignore Him, he doesn't have a 9800GTX, which gets 16fps Very High DX10. @n88tr, Considering the GX2 is G92's in SLI, I'd suspect a similar frame rate to that, 32FPS DX10 Very High Quote:
Starters, 16* AA In Crysis would kill ANY GPU, and it does, the GX2 dies out at 8* Very High DX10, the 8800GT dies off at 2* Very High DX10, and I guarentee the GTX would die off at arond 4* Very High DX10. And I know you don't get that type of frame rate (30FPS), cause after testing today, the Ultra gets 30FPS DX10 Very High c/ 4* AA, Its amazing what you can do at work when there is nothing to do... I'd have to see a screenshot like mine, where the VeryHighSpec is obvious, the FrameRate is lagit, and with AA enabled, which will be obvious as it'll say FSAA
