Indeed yeah that's right. Crysis does takes advantage of quad core but it's one of the only ones and it's not even optimized. Quad cores don't work as they should be in crysis. You can find the info on Incrysis forum. I'm starting to believe that this game has bad scripting.
Quad cores more just don't work for games...IMO atleast.
They just arn't worth it, and arn't fast enough yet.
Crysis barely even runs with Dual wells, let-a-lone quads
Well Absent, don't take this as an offence of course. But in a lot magazines, they wrote and you can see it in some tests, that if you take some games like DiRt or Supreme Commander and you take two rigs like let's say your quad core of 2.66 ghz versus my C2D 3.2ghz and we have both a 8800 GTX, mine will come better out of this. Because those two games don't support the quad core. Crysis does but it's also one of the only games that supports Quadcore gaming.
