weird names

how do people make it so they have the weird font in their name?
like they have things like in different languages and stuff? and some have webdings, any1 know?

It's usually a type of code, I think, like how you can get your name in different colors in other games by putting certain characters together before the name.

You can actually just use the character map ( Start > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map), copy the characters you want, and paste them into CS:S.
