I need help setting up a dedicated server

sup doods i been playin cs for years now and im an admin in several servers and now im at the point wer i want to make my own server, so i dono what to do i have tried before but it has not worked , so if n e one out there knows a good site that explains how to or if some one can explain how to do it i would appreciate it alot , thx
