LD's Guide to CoH for Dummies v2.4

I basically wrote this little guide to help people install and run mods and skin packs, etc. Everyone's a newb at some point, and for most people we have to learn it all over again when we move to a new game. This guide has been up in the RelicNews forums for about a year, but to make things a little easier i've started a thread here for it too. The latest version is v2.4, and along with helping people install maps and mods, it'll also help with skin packs, shortcuts, console commands, and even getting CoH Launcher going.

Hope this helps a lot of the newb out there needing help getting started, so download, read, and enjoy the game the way the rest of us enjoy it... modded!
