Mods & v1.7?

Does anyone know of any mods that work properly wit v1.7? I've tried little mods like COH Extreme, Battle of Legends 1.2 and Combat Mod v1.2 and none of them work properly ingame, ie. not all features/tweaks appear ingame, especially extra things that you have to research, or extra vehicles that you can build.

Currently the only mod that i've found to work, and which i'm using, is NHCmod. It has some balance issues, with the Allies have a serious advantage in the beginning of each match that the Axis can't survive long enough to build up to get some good vehicles.

Hey, are any of them good and worth downloading?

Keep in mind i only have a 32k dialup connection, so online is definately out of the question, and it takes me about 1hr to download 10mb. So the mods definately need to have decent AI.
