company of heroes another game that rip off money???

ok guys.........
there are a lot more units in company of heroes than just those serval units.
specially tanks there are only a limited choice of tanks.

6 sherman got raped by 2 german panthers?? what the duce???
last play i got like 80 percent of the map. guess what? serval panthers just rape all my shermans. shermans simply does no damage or really little damage vsing panthers if not attack the REAR ARMOR

totally got raped like 10 tanks got raped by like 2 panthers and some artillery units


though the grahpic is great? and the enviroment is totally destoryable. so what? just a little more realistic? but i don't think in the real WW2 you fight with this little troops?

online: the online server is all about P2P -- person to person . thats why it lags like fuck and a lot of times it says can not join a game.

just like www.rakion.com the game.. use P2P the first year of this game. it is like really crappy 60 percent of the time u can't join a game due to can not connect to other players


another problem. infantry units are like completly useless later in the game.

only the artillery units are useful

remember we have some kind of anti tank bomb that our infantries can throw? well you know well i tried 5 squads of infantries threw them together at a panther. guess what? no real damage is really done. still can take out 2 shermans..


so in most games tanks are really the dominate units. infantries are like uselesss. really useless they are like scouts everytime you send them out there is like no return.


everytime comes to tanks there are not really any strategy. specially massive tank battle. the Allies always lose !! always !! lose !! you can call off map artillery so what? the axis got missles which are stronger, more, and wide range, also faster. 1 missle strike from the axis and then serval hits from their tanks. your tanks are mostly wiped out. and your off map artillery can only do a maxium of 40 - 50 % damage on their tank even a direct hit !!

although sherman can fire smokescreen so what? everytime you fire them your enemy just run away !! what is waste of mutition! !!!


there are a lot of upgrades.... but i think this game is just gonna be like the other game RISE AND FALL civilizations at war. looks really good at first but after serval more times. it sux !!



snipers they are really gay....... 5 snipers can take out all the infantry units you have trust me... and can just go into your base without any of your units noticing. and call artillery or air support and bomb the shit out of you !! which is so gay... they are so hard to be discovered. and even u discovered and call your units to follow and attack them. your units will lose them soon after you clicked on them

Did you join the filefront forums to bitch about this? This games already on disk and ready to be shipped out, though it doesn't come out until the 14th of September. If you don't like how it is, DONT BUY IT!! That simple. I play and I enjoy it, trying to reduce the lag when I play (Usually 2v2 or 1v1 will work without lag)

I do agree that CoH isn't as realistic on that part, but they do that for the gameplay.

Sure it's very unfair but once YOU get a pershing tank you will totally own them.
Since a Pershing totally owns a Tiger.

Thats all for the gameplay, it's like you attack, they hold and attack with a larger force, you hold and attack with tanks, they hold and attack with more powerfull tanks, you hold them off with AT and artillery and then your opponent does the same.

At that part of the game the Germans are the most advanced, since their tanks are overal alot stronger.

I do wish that there comes a patch soon, or that it's different in the full game, because a StuG tank could never be stronger then a Sherman 1 on 1.

And about the lag, I do agree that that is pretty bad....

um pershing tank? you mean as you use the skill repair?

um i have tried many games. usualy a new game come out. i would try and demo and half the time i buy them. and found out it isn't so great after all. after serval more times i play. i would get sick of tired of the SAME major problems.

1, hard to join a game
2, laggy
3, when quit a game room it is very slow ( like when you click quit a game room before or after the game started it says loading..... for a while)

don't u hate after the loading to get into a game. then your teammate(s) left so you have quit the game also which it loads again !!! then you join another room your teammate lagged out.... then you have to quit it again which you have to wait again !!! this really piss me off...

4, i havn't seen 1 ! you heard me i said 1 ww2 rts game have half of the units they have in ww2. there are way more different troops, tanks, cars. they used in ww2

Junwang, First off, you type like you are 7 years old so noone is gonna listen, and if you dont think infantry have impact on the game, then you just suck at the game, or you play against tank spammers..... Most likely the second one.

Secondly, im making a realism mod. Check the forums in the next day or two for Company of Heroes: Real Warfare. It will make infantry the most useful unit, and tanks will have limits. I cant even list everything it will change.

If anyone remembers Realistic Rescale for EAW, then guess what. I made that. So you can count on a awesome mod for CoH.

Have you tried the close combat serial?? if not try... 3 (russian front), 4 (battle of the bulge) and 5 (invasion normandy).
I know CC has bad graphics but it's certanly one of the best RTS WW2 games there is

Sometimes, people just need to open a History Book, I mean Shermans SUCKED ASS in real life, why make them godlike, in a game trying to get realism?

and to take out Panzer IVs, Panthers, and Tigers, distract them with infantry, M8 Greyhound, and 57MM Anti-Tanks guns, while moving your Shermans to their rear armor.
