yea on full settings its gonna kill your comp. hell mine has a hard time running full settings and i got a 2300 athlon with a geforce 4 512 mb ram and dual 60 gigs runnin an raid

Are you guys sure there is no chance cause if not i might as well not waste money and just shoot myself

So just get the game and don't crank the settings. I have almost the same setup as guy1432 (athlon 2200, 512MB pc2700 DDR, GeForce 4 ti 4400) and I don't even crank up the settings.

For awhile I played with max settings but once I turned it down to medium, I didn't experience near as much lag as I did with max settings (when playing online).

ON MAX SETTING WITH MY SYSTEM playing single player or skirmish would it run ok i dont care about playing online would it work ok on max in single player skirmishes

The only thing that worries me is the 32MB video. My friend plays on a 2GHz laptop that only has 32MB video. I think he turns the game resolution down to 800x600 and everything plays fine.

I PLAY EVERYTHING ON 800 600 CAUSE THATS WHAT I PREFER SO IF I DO THAT IT SHOULD WORK JUST FINE ON MAX SETTINGS

I run mine on a 750 Mhz Athlon, 128mb video card and 512mb Ram and can run on very high settings most of the time. It's the video card that does it.

Max settings just slows the game down, I have a good comp but I leave my settings on pretty low.
