Default China Infantry General - Final Crusade

Hello,

I'm playing against a good player who uses China Infantry General.

I usually beat him.

But on the Final Crusade(2) map - the one which has two bridges as the main access points - I am stumped if I play as USA.

If I play as GLA Toxic - however - I usually beat him. GLA Toxic pwns Infantry.

However his combo of using bunkers+nuke cannons+microwave tanks+gatling guns - is hard to counter.

Its usually touch and go until I get more resource centres - and general promos.

However as USA - USA Laser - USA Airforce - etc.. I can't seem to beat him. Its more annoying after realizing that the Rangers in the firebases near the bridges don't seem to fire at the enemy due to the terrain.

What I usually try to do is to build defences near the two bridges - one missile +two howitzers. I also have to build a missile defence on the top right corner near the oil derigs as he usually tries to sneak a Helix or two in.

I have to - because if I don't - he will usually rush the defences early and break thru- once thru - his black lotus comes in and hacks everything to death.

But what is at fault - is that he has the initiative in this peculiar map.

Any ideas on how to beat China Infantry General on this map.

I can't remember the map very well
GLA idea 1
Could you use a worker on a bike, bike past his defences (Over a mountain maybe?) build a tunnel network behind his base and attack from behind?

Idea 2
From the start, build a 2nd base miles away from anything, should buy you some time. Your opponant will rush your main base early and wipe it out (Use fake structures for more effect). It should buy you some time to build up a larger force and take him out on the counter attack.

USA idea 1
If you use the Arrora bombers or whatever they are called (bad memory) to bomb the nuke cannons (remember, on thier bombing runs as long as they arn't together they can outfly any AA fire) It should leave thier base open for a simple tank rush.

Idea 2
Same idea as before. Just change the target, take out the power plants using the arrora's. Then fly in a bunch of tanks (Or load hummers with rocket guys) using the chanooks (bad spelling sorry) and wipe the base out leaving the line of defence untouched.

Thanks. Your ideas would probably work on the bigger maps. But on the smaller ones it gets very hard as its easy for infantry gen to guard the bridges with those bunkers of his. You can't slip pass them. And Burton or Jem can't cross water unfortunately.
