my general would be a UN general.
he would have some tech of each of the american gens and some from each of the china gens, the same goes for gen powers.
but for his personal thing his normal tank would be faster than the us C tank and it could load 4 troops in it for quick assaults (no they could not shoot out of the tank like the hummer) i would also say that he should be based in england, russia or germany (because he is UN not american)
his air field could have the mig and its ups to replace the stealth, his 2nd tank would be the battle master that has the 2 cannons and it would also have drone ups and the auto loader. his troops wold be the min gunners, path finders, missile defenders (they would also have the tnt skill) and the elite hackers all would be vets.

does that sound like it would work?

one more thing, he would also get to use BOTH the A10 strike and the one that china gets (the one from pro:gen) cant rember what it is called,
he gets the spy drone, MOAB, and a up grade that will let OTHER units share the horde bone from HIS bat tanks. he gets the good tank ups from the nuke gen (tank speed ect) and that can also be added to his other tank. he will get to use the UN hummer not the usa army hummer (just to change it up)
and it would be able to use the gat up grade.

ill have to think of it more im trying to keep it fair if some one was to face him.
