Errr... I never made it to the final GLA mission in Generals, because even the 5th mission is as hard as shit...can someone let me see how it looks like?

Location:Caspian Sea

Objective:Capture 4 toxin bunkers and wipe out the US forces.However, their base is well defended and they have tons of reinforcements

meh, that was quite easy i thought. Didnt see much chalenge in it. Were you playing it on hard though? that may explain it lol.

Aaaah I remember now, you're not the only one that hates that mission, I have some trouble with that mission too. I did try to defend my base in the beginning, but they just KEEP COMING :mad: So I thought f**k my base, and I just build up a strong attack force, while my base was being destroyed. then, when my base was almost destroyed, I took all the units I had, and moved them over the bridge, located to the south-east... After that I stayed there for a while. I tried to turn my base into a distraction, so that they wouldn't attack my units. But I failed, and my base was destroyed :( But to my surprise, they didn't attack my units. They only sent their Comanche reinforcements at me. But I had like 8 Quads, so their tries were futile... :D In the mean time I started destroying their base, when all the defences were down, I roled in, and destroyed the rest of the base. If you can, try to get a worker with your attack force. When you need a rebel ambush or something, just build a command center... Another thing you shouldn't forget is that you have to save some rebels to capture the bunkers. So just build a few Technicals and fill them with Workers and Rebels. The last thing to remember is that your base is irrelevant, so if you want to attack, take EVERYTHING, leave nothing behind to defend your base... That's how I did it, but I played this mission multiple times, and you can do it without sacreficing your base (I tried this) only your attack force will propably be much smaller...

what difficulty did you do it on smith? i really found it easy on easy n normal.

Hard ofcourse, I'm not someone that playes games on easy or normal only, I always start with normal, and if I'm finished doing that, I go and do it on Hard dificulty...

The last GLA mission takes place in a Cosmodrone in Bakonour, Kazikstan. Your mission is to capture the Soviet Era Missle silo and its command stucture (the one in the pic) The Cosmodrome is being held by both US and Chinese forces. You have to destroy both bases and capture the buildings. In the end the GLA launch the missle and a Chinese city and the missle cover the area in Anthrax killing everyone.

that mission seemed to drag on forever, the enemies just would not give up and die... i got bored and had to exit two or three times in boredom lol.
