lol, ok. But what else can we discuss on this topic? it was about weird buildings after all...

yeah, a bit like the strange radio-shack like building in mods where u can summon a napalm strike from. Called a (something) center i believe. They dont seem to keep the same function when they are in different mods.

The building in the pic was used in the last GLA level in regular Gen. You capture it and the missle you win the level. Well I am not sure if there is an animation for the missile to land in-game however it is possible to use both buildings in conjunction with each other and the missles can be launced for the silo. I think you cna modify it so that a Nuclear missle comes from the silo however, I don't think you can have a large spread Anthrax missle like the one in the GLA ending. I don't know how to mod, but if you know INI coding and think you can do it go for it. As I said before there was a level I played that allowed you to launch nukes from the silo however the timer was long. I belive it was called Nuclear Winter or something with Nuclear in its name.

That nuke from the final GLA mission is COOL. It's like a cluster missile, before it impacts, it falls apart in 3 seperate parts... Sounds tough to mod...
