[Help] World Editor Height Tool Issue

Hi. I just recently started playing CoH again. And I went to make a map, everything was going fine until I tryed to use the Height Editor, it didn't make any physical change in the terrain until I released the clicker. It didn't do this last time I used it, which was a few months ago, no new patches have been released, and I havn't changed any computer Hardware or The Operating System. Any Ideas?

I have that issue on occasion. I think the editor is simply delaying the height change to save video memory etc. Is there a chance you have had a driver update in that period of time? or installed a game with a new directX version. There is a setting in the editor, a budget setting or something you could check.
Hope it makes sense.
