choose the scorched earth tactic
keep your exp up until you can have the hummel option
order three hummels first (provided you have a lot of population ca 60 will do)
and destroy them using your own artillery or throwing at grenades
get a bergetiger
order three hummels again
use the bergetiger to recover the previous destroyed hummels
and you now have 5 or six hummels to use.

Yeah, this is a really, really, old tactic, and it's been known since OF came out, if not before. Not really advisable or feasable to try it as you'd have to own the map to save up enough resources and pop, plus you'd spend most of your pop on getting all those mummels, you'd gimp the rest of your army to the point where one decent attack will finish you.
