Default Tiger I and Tiger II in standalone OF?

New to the COH series in general. OF came with my new graphics card and I've been playing it happily for a few days now. Doing some reading, I've seen people running un-modded installs playing Tiger Is and Tiger IIs (Even saw something about an Ace Tiger?) in Skirmish by selecting different doctrines.

Now, my OF is a stand-alone install. The only doctrines I get are Scortched Earth, Luftwaffe and Tank Hunters. I'm seeing that there should be others like Terror, etc.

Are those only in installs with the original game? Unavailable in a stand-alone install of Opposing Fronts?

Thanks ahead of time.

yes, in OF all you get is brits and panzer elite but if you have a vCoh cdkey you get to play as American campaign and American + axis skirmish so unfortinetly to get the "tiger ace" or "king tiger" (depends what patch you have) you need to have the vCoh cdkey... and also... the king tiger is my favorite building hahaha
