[Help] -dev?

Why does noone use the -dev form for mapping anymore?

The reason i ask is because the launcher doesnt work for me and if i put the .sga files in my programfiles/THQ/Companyofheroes folder the maps dont show in skirmish.

So i'm sorta stuffed up a creek without a paddle cos there are all these good maps coming out and i cant get any of them, exept the few that are still being published in the original format (-dev!)

Also when i try to launch a game with the launcher working in the background, the game crashes.

So can anyone please help me get the launcher working?

.sga maps, put it in the right directory. If doing it manually won't work then follow this:

1. Go to "Star"t.
2.Select "Run".
3. Type this in the textbox "C:\Documents and Settings\Lea\My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\WW2\Scenarios"
(Lea being the USERNAME of the computer)
Then put the .sga at the folder that appears when you click "OK"

This is not the usual finding the folders, as using "RUN" is more likely to work.

As for the Launcher... There is a variety of reasons it won't work, I assume that before it works and now it does not because you "saw the .sgas not appearing". I'm guessing here cause the details are dodgey, maybe you did something. You can always fix the installation or completely uninstalling the game and install it again.
