Mod request - British Sniper & Jeep

I have recently completed the PE campaign (always had neglected it) and noticed that the commando's have been outfitted with jeeps and snipers for the specific missions, out of curiosity, is it possible for a mod to be created that implements these two units into the British faction?

Simply having these two units would be fantastic, a great addition to my game that would be for personal enjoyment only, I am not a modder and therefore cannot do this myself, so any help or even being taught how to implement the units/create them would be greatly appreciated!

Well there's a lot of hoops to jump through to get started modding for CoH v2.4 or later, it's not very newbie friendly.

Many, many, Mods already have the Commando Sniper and Jeep already ingame, off the top of my head i can say Cross of Iron mod does, and i think Normandy44, Back to Basics mod, and Blitzkrieg mod also have them in.
