40k mod

Is there anyone out there mildly interested in a 40k mod? Like converting units to imperial guard skins and renegade guard. Is it possible? I have to be honest I havn't had much experience modding but it seems no1 has tried it :P. An imperial guard mod would be awesome it was be nice to have guard on the newer relic system. CoH seems like the perfect game to try it.
