Question about making shortcut to RelicCOH.exe < world builder map

hey

last time I tried to make my own map with the world builder didn't work out that well, I'm now trying to download a world-builder map but I've got a little problem.

These are the instructions given on how to install this downloaded map:

-Unzip all the files in "8p_DragonValley_v1.zip" into "C:>Program Files>THQ>Company of Heroes>WW2>Data>Scenarios>mp>"
(if you don't already have a "mp" folder in your "...WW2>Data>Scenarios>" folder, make one!)
-Create a shortcut to "Company of Heroes.exe" if you don't have one.
-Right-click on the "Company of Heroes.exe" shortcut, click Properties and add " -dev" to the end of the Target.

(make sure you have a space before the -dev and that it is not inside the quotation marks)

I've got a question about the second note, when I search for the file RelicCOH.exe I find the following 3 files on my pc:
-"RELICCOH.EXE-00963DEC.pf" > C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
-"RELICCOH.EXE-24C4551E.pf" > C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch
-"RelicCOH" > C:\program files\THQ\Company of Heroes

So to which of these files, if at all, do I have to make a shortcut?
