you need the patch 1.3, by now hopefully u have 1.5 which (duh) also has the map editor. go to {drive with CoH installed intoProgram Files>THQ>Company of Heroes> and somewher it will say WORLD BUILDER.exe. Im not going to explain who to use it, go look on other forums because it will take me FOREVER to write how to use everything in it.
