Smile Mod Ideas?

Hi,
Im pretty new to modding...to be honest i dont have a clue what im doing but that doent stop me thinking of ideas of how to mod a class game like CoH.

I was thinking of a mod for the skirminsh end of the game in which you have a certain amount of points much like Rome Total War from which you select your armies and fight with no reinforcments allowed. Anyone have any ideas if theres one in the making or anything?

Also somones really gotta make a melee animation as its a tad strange when 12 men fire rifles at a mere 2 inches away from each other!!

Hi
I'm looking for a way to play a skirmish game with the AI without any tanks and vehicles. An only infantry mod in skirmish mode. Can you make that kind of mod? Or do you know if there is one out?

I would like a mod thats is only infantry and half tracks, it woudl make the half tracks much more useful. I thought it woudl also be cool if some one mad a M1919A4 Air cooled 30 cal for the american MG team rather than the M1917 water.... in 1944 i beleive the M1919 was use tens times mroe that the water cooled version no? waht about also putting th MG team with a regular squad of 9 men make a 12 man squad. 2 for MG 1 leader.maybe upgrade for a bazooka?

Also on the flip side i would like to see a mod with more and more vehicles. or maybe a TC of armies... Maybe have BRits V German, Or Americans And Brits V germans thats a better idea. Ans then the RuskiesV Germans. ETC... i thoguht that woudl be nice. I cant mod for crap so lol... I cant wait to see some reall good mods, i hope to see many that are awsome with realism more like 1 to 2 shots to kill a tank would be nice with multiple units such as Shermans to Cromwells to the King tiger. ETC.

Three ideas here:

1. All Infantry auto-retreat after they lose 85% health,
2. Only territories adjacent to your own can be captured by you (same for the enemy too),
3. The cost of EVERTHING is halved and the pop cap doubled (you'd need a powerful machine, but it could be very awesum)!

Someone makes a mod for one or all of these ideas, and you will be my new god!!!
Seriously, I will fecking WORSHIP you!!!

first US hmg team gets 6 man per team and armed 2 browling 50 cal heawy macineguns,2 M1 thompsons and 2 m1 grands.German hmg team Gets 2 Mg42,2 mp40 and 2 kar98.Rifleamans,Rangers,airbornes,Volksgrenadiers ,grenadiers,Grenadiers and Stormtroopers got 10 men per team and smoke granades.US skuads armed whit 3 bars,3 thompsons,2 Pazookas and 2 M1 grands. German skuads armed whit 3 stg44,3 mp40,2 panzershreck and 2 kar98. Well mortar teams had 6 mans and 2 mortars.snipers still stay lone hunters.Halftruks gets more upgrades (like more armor).AAL tanks are MORE effective against at-guns.New tanks like US gets M12 GMC"longtom" Germans gets Hummel. and other tanks US M36B2 Jackson,T28 Super Phershing,Sherman jumbo,T28 heavy tank(LIMITED only 1),US trans.truks. Germans Maus(LIMITED olny 1),King tiger,Jagdpanther,Opel bliz trans.trucks. and NO STEALT UNITS and no coliats. german engineers get explosives. Thats only what i think . say what you think about this??
