Upkeep
 

Is there anyway I can edit the Upkeep to where as a unit gains veterancy, their upkeep cost lowers, like at level 3 veterancy, they have no upkeep because they know how to handle themselves in the field?

Their probably is, but you cant edit without the mod tools. So your gonna have to wait.

heres another question....the allies have that 25% upkeep decrease. what does it do?

it does excatly as it says, it decreases the Allied Army Upkeep cost, so you get more manpower per minute.

ok i thought it decreased the pop of each unit on the field...and i noticed no difference so i thought it was a glitch, ty
