RESTRICTION: Multiple Direct3D loaded
 

Hi!

When I connect to a CoD 4 server, punkbuster kicks me after 2 to 3 minutes and says "RESTRICTION: Multiple Direct3D loaded".

I'm clueless. I have tried to reinstall the game, reinstall punkbuster, turning off PhysX from nVidia control panel and reinstalling DirectX (I had to use system recovery to get it back working).
